1. About the Service
Agri Leads is a curated lead-sharing platform that:
Publishes buyer–seller enquiries related to agriculture and allied activities
Connects farmers, landowners, traders, service providers, and agri businesses
Shares contact details only after explicit consent
Offers optional paid services such as Contact Reveal, Contact Research, Listing Boost, and Advertising
Agri Leads is not a broker, agent, mediator, or guarantor of any transaction.
We do not participate in negotiations, payments, or agreements between users.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only information voluntarily shared by users, including:
Name
Phone number
Location
Requirement or offering details
Any additional information you choose to provide
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as financial details, passwords, biometrics,
religion, or health information.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to operate the Agri Leads service, including:
Publishing your requirement or listing
Sharing contact details after consent
Communicating regarding enquiries
Improving lead quality and processes
Investigating complaints, fraud, or misuse
We do not sell or use your data for unrelated marketing.
4. Consent for Sharing Contact Details
Phone numbers are shared only after explicit consent, such as:
“Yes”
“👍”
Any clear affirmative response
If consent is not received, listings may be published without contact details.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us.
5. User Responsibilities
By submitting a request or seeking contact details, you confirm that:
The information you provide is accurate and lawful
You have the right to share the information
You will not submit fraudulent, misleading, or harmful content
You will not use the platform for spam, scams, or harassment
You understand that submission does not guarantee publication
You take full responsibility for any interaction or transaction with other users
6. Submission Review & Editorial Discretion
Agri Leads operates as a curated platform, not a public notice board.
We reserve the right to review, edit, rephrase, delay, or decline any submitted request if it is:
unclear, vague, or incomplete
misleading or inconsistent
potentially harmful, illegal, or unethical
likely to cause confusion, misuse, or disputes
not aligned with the best interests of users or the platform
The decision to publish or decline a listing is an editorial decision.
Agri Leads is not obligated to publish every request received.
7. Fair Usage & Contact Reveal Limits
To maintain lead quality, fairness, and user safety:
Agri Leads may limit, space out, delay, or deny contact reveals per user
Limits apply to both free and paid access
These controls help ensure meaningful follow-ups, prevent duplicate/bulk outreach, and protect enquiry creators
Agri Leads determines appropriate pacing at its discretion.
8. Assisted Listings (Managed Listings)
Some enquiries or listings on Agri Leads may be published as Assisted Listings (also called
Managed Listings). These are listings where Agri Leads has a formal commercial arrangement with a company or
individual (the “Assisted Client”) to help receive and process qualified leads, and we may earn a fee if a lead results in a
successful outcome.
Important clarifications:
Disclosure: Assisted Listings may be labelled, highlighted, prioritised, or given additional visibility.
No endorsement or guarantee: Unless explicitly stated, an Assisted Listing does not mean Agri Leads guarantees
quality, pricing, delivery, or outcomes. We are not responsible for any transaction between users and providers.
Lead handling: For Assisted Listings, Agri Leads may contact the enquirer, verify basic details, and share
the lead with the Assisted Client or their authorised representatives for fulfilment.
Fees: Any success fee or referral fee is payable by the Assisted Client to Agri Leads as per a separate
agreement. Users do not owe any fee to Agri Leads unless they purchase an optional paid service from us.
Fair use: Misuse rules, contact-reveal pacing, and platform safeguards apply equally to Assisted Listings.
Listing Exclusivity:Assisted Listings are governed by separate commercial arrangements. Parties with Assisted Listings may be restricted from posting overlapping requirements through regular listings for the duration of the agreement
9. Prohibited Use & Misuse of Leads
Leads are shared strictly for direct, genuine business use.
Misuse includes (but is not limited to):
a) Reposting or Republishing
Sharing Agri Leads data on other WhatsApp groups
Sharing on job boards or websites
Sharing on Telegram, Facebook, or similar platforms
b) Bulk or Spam Behaviour
Bulk contacting without genuine intent
Automated, copy-paste, scraping, or harvesting behaviour
c) Misrepresentation
Claiming to be an “Agri Leads partner” without authorisation
Posing as an agent/intermediary without consent
Using the Agri Leads name to solicit users independently
d) Repeated Negative Feedback
Fraud complaints
Non-payment or payment disputes
Harassment or abusive conduct
Misleading or false service claims
10. Monitoring & Red Flags
To protect platform integrity, Agri Leads may review usage patterns.
Red flags may include:
Asking for too many similar leads
Seeking only contact reveals without context or follow-up
Repetitive or identical messaging behaviour
Multiple complaints referencing the same number
Feedback indicating contacts were collected without genuine intent
Such patterns may lead to restriction, review, or suspension.
11. Restriction, Suspension & Bypass Attempts
Agri Leads reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or block access if misuse or repeated complaints are identified.
This includes attempts to bypass restrictions by:
using alternate phone numbers
misrepresenting identity
Such decisions are made to protect users and platform trust and are final at our discretion.
12. No Guarantee
Agri Leads:
does not guarantee enquiries, responses, or outcomes
does not guarantee user authenticity or behaviour
is not responsible for disputes or losses
All dealings are at the user’s own risk.
13. Paid Services
Paid services (such as Contact Reveal or Advertising) provide information access only, not guaranteed results.
Refunds apply only if the paid service is not delivered.
14. Content Ownership & Usage Rights
By submitting content, you grant Agri Leads a non-exclusive right to:
display and share the requirement (subject to consent)
retain records for operational or historical purposes
You may request removal at any time.
15. Data Sharing
Data is shared only with:
interested users (after consent)
internal staff or contractors
authorities when legally required
fraud or misuse investigations
We do not sell user data.
16. Data Retention & Security
Listings may remain visible unless deletion is requested. Phone numbers are not publicly displayed without consent.
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no system is fully secure.
